Emotional and spiritual uses: Though cassia is considered to be hotter than cinnamon it also has a sweeter flavor. Giving it a softer energy vibration. It is a gentle energizer and motivator, helping to release thoughts of suppression, decreased energy and worthlessness.
Cassia allows us to get out of our own way and connect spiritually and emotionally with others. This could explain why it was in the anointing oil given to Moses in the bible.
This oil opens our awareness that we are free and able to begin our spiritual journey and help others do the same.

Can also be taken internally with 4oz almond milk or juice.
